The vestry

The Vestry of a parish is prayerfully given the financial trust of the parish. They create and oversee the budget, approve major expenses, manage funds, maintain buildings, and select members of the parish to represent it at deanery and diocesan gatherings. The Vestry also collaborates with the Rector to discern the long-term mission of Christ in their community and communicates regularly about their shared ministry to ensure it remains healthy and faithful.

Trinity’s Vestry members are elected each year for three-year terms. This results in a continuous rotation of members, ensuring that everyone called to leadership in the parish serves and that our vision remains as clear as possible.
