Life’s Big Events

Christian community is about walking together through the highs and the lows of life. The three services listed below are common within the life of our church and are immensely important in the lives of the individuals and families who
participate in them.
If you would like assistance planning a baptism, wedding, or funeral at Trinity, please contact us.
These conversations happen best in relationship. We are here to walk with you during these important times.

Baptism is a wonderful celebration in the life of the Church. In baptism, we welcome new members into the body of Christ and pray to support them in their new life. This is one of the most important celebrations in the Christian tradition. Baptism typically takes place on a Sunday with the entire church congregation gathered. If you are interested in baptism for yourself or a family member, please contact us. We’d be happy to discuss the process with you!

Holy Matrimony, or Marriage, is a sacramental rite in our Church. Two people come together in the presence of God to make a commitment to each other, and the church prays to support the couple in their new life. It is a wonderful thing to celebrate!
The Episcopal Church believes that all are able to participate in this rite. We believe that the love found between two people is a reflection of the love found in our relationship with God. We are an LGBTQ+ affirming church.
If you are interested in being married at Trinity, please contact us. We’d be happy to discuss the process with you!

The loss of a loved one is a time filled with sadness, grief, and grace. We are here to support you during this difficult time. The funeral liturgy allows us to grieve the loss of the person we loved, celebrate the life we shared with them, and praise God for the promise of everlasting life with Jesus Christ.
If you would like to learn more about holding a funeral at Trinity, please contact us. We will guide you through the process and provide support throughout this time. We also offer funeral planning services for those who wish to plan ahead for their funeral.
Let us pray:
Give rest, O Christ, to your servants with your saints, where sorrow and pain are no more, neither sighing, but life everlasting.
